KEY PERFORMANCE AREASManage stores full accounting functions.Prepare and monitor Budgets - sales, expenses, and margins.Conduct audits on store processes and procedures.Conducting stock takes and ensuring procedures are adhered to.Oversee Corporate stores’ HR function.Facilitate communications between Retail and DC.Provide support to the Admin team and Store managers.Ensure store compliance with all legislative requirements and SPAR specifications.Ad hoc duties Minimum requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCEGrade 12 senior certificateDiploma / Degree – required.5 Years retail experience – 2 years admin (finance).Good interpersonal skills and be customer focused.Knowledge of Easy Accounts and Sigma would be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organisational and clerical skills.Good computer skills.Deadline driven.Ability to work in an organized and systematic manner.Must be prepared to work on weekends and Public Holidays.Valid driver's license – willing to travel.Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
