Our client has an opportunity available for a Condeco Technical Team Leader based in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Nation Diploma in Information Technology or related.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
 
- Matric
 
- Valid South African driver’s license.
 
- MCITP
 
- Knowledge of OHS act and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
 
- 3+ years in a call centre or helpdesk environment.
 
- Experience with booking systems- Condeco would be advantageous.
 
- Familiar with VOIP, Avaya Telephony, Technical, organizational and planning.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the business application is maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency.
 
- Complete Daily Systems health checks on Condeco Application and Database servers to ensure that the resources are running at an acceptable rate.
 
- Responsible and accountable for all technical support to the client relating to Condeco services and products.
 
- Support and manage:
- Hardware and software health checks.
 
- Upgrades, fixes and new releases.
 
- Ensure the client follows proper change management procedures.
 
- Assist with Condeco training when required.
