Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow online engagement, brand presence, and conversions.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, search, email, display, content, influencer, and affiliate).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Oversee content creation for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO/SEM performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, growing reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor team members, freelancers, or external agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven campaign management success.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven campaign management success.
