We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to support our IT product lines as a reseller of Microsoft and Google licenses.

This role involves heavy system administration across multiple domains and requires hands‑on experience with both Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace.

The ideal candidate has facilitated migrations, including domain consolidations into a single tenant, and enjoys providing excellent client‑facing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer client environments in O365 and Google Workspace.

  • Perform domain and tenant management, including migrations and consolidations.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and effective support.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring smooth operation for all clients.

  • Document processes and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator.

  • Proven experience as an O365 Administrator.

  • Hands‑on experience with system administration for multiple domains.

  • Experience facilitating migrations and domain consolidations preferred.

  • Strong client‑facing and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for client tracking.

  • Experience with PAX8 or AppDirect platforms.

  • Knowledge of Bitdefender security products.

Full‑time role (40 hrs/week)

Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

This role is part of the turnover from our BuoyIT company for a Helpdesk position.
