                About the job L2 Technical Support Engineer 
Remote Position  
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
 - Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
 - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
 - Strong expertise in Linux systems.
 - RHCE certification is mandatory.
 - CKA certification is mandatory.
  
Responsibilities 
- Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to customers, including researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Kubernetes/OpenShift/Rancher and VMware Tanzu technical issues.
 - Engage with customers directly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Work effectively under pressure, particularly during critical (P1) incidents, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
