Job description

SUMMARY

Are you a data-driven Power Analyst with a passion for optimizing performance across the Power and Tower industry?

We’re looking for a technically strong individual with exceptional analytical and Excel skills to join a leading telecom infrastructure team driving operational excellence and sustainability.

POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret operational and technical data from multiple systems.

  • Identify performance anomalies and make recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Report on operational, technical, and sustainability data for the Power business.

  • Monitor and analyse site power system performance, identifying configuration or operational issues.

  • Support the Technical Manager and Operations team with regular reports and insights for decision‑making.

  • Participate in root‑cause analysis and provide recommendations based on data trends.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Telecoms, Power, or Tower industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Power systems and tower infrastructure.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).

  • Experience with Oracle Analytics, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.

  • Exposure to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting or sustainability data advantageous.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.

  • Excellent problem‑solving and data interpretation capabilities.

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical findings clearly.

Working Environment

  • Hybrid model: 4 days in office and 1 day (subject to operational needs).

  • Approximately 10–20% local travel may be required.

  • Fast‑paced, collaborative environment within a values‑driven organisation.
