Technical Skills

Microsoft Power Platform Expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) for process automation.
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) for building low-code applications.
• Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for chatbot automation.

Workflow & Process Automation
• Designing, building, and optimizing automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Planner).
• Creating automated solutions involving Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Knowledge of UI flows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automating legacy applications.

Scripting & Custom Connectors

• Create, optimize, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows).
• Develop end-to-end automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party applications.
• Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate manual and legacy system tasks.
Integration and Customization
• Integrate Power Automate with various data sources, including SQL Server, APIs, JSON, OData, and Microsoft Graph.
• Develop custom connectors to extend Power Automate capabilities for unique business requirements.
• Ensure seamless communication between Power Automate and Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
• Diagnose and resolve workflow failures using Power Automate monitoring tools and logs.
• Optimize flows by reducing API calls, enhancing query performance, and implementing error handling.
• Implement retry policies and exception handling to ensure automation reliability.
Agile Development and Continuous Improvement
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
