Job description

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Remote 

Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST/CST (some flexibility)

Salary Range: Base Salary (USD) + Commission 




About the Role


We’re hiring a remote Sales Executive based in Latin America to support a fast-growing U.S. company specializing in cost segregation and energy tax services.

This is a client-facing, outbound sales role ideal for motivated professionals with a strong background in prospecting and closing B2B deals.


You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to new prospects, educating them on high-value tax strategies, and helping convert qualified leads into long-term clients.




What You’ll Be Doing




  • Prospect and build outbound lead lists through research, outreach, cold calls, and email campaigns




  • Engage decision-makers to understand their business needs and identify how our services can help




  • Deliver consultative sales presentations on cost segregation and energy tax incentives




  • Support proposal creation and deal negotiation alongside our U.S.-based internal team




  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on weekly/monthly sales activity




  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs to client onboarding teams




  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to improve outbound strategies






What We’re Looking For




  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally B2B or professional services




  • Proven success in building and managing a pipeline of prospects




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills




  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office




  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting




  • Willingness to learn technical concepts related to U.S. tax strategy (training provided)




  • Prior experience selling to U.S. businesses is a plus
