Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Contractor Fee: $2,000/month

Work Arrangement: Remote

Commitment: Full-time (Approx.

About This Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client's market reach by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and promoting tailored solutions in the consumer goods and e-commerce space.

Your ability to connect with business leaders and deliver value-driven conversations will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls and video meetings to identify businesses requiring enhanced online presence or consumer engagement strategies.

  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential clients, emphasizing trust and value.

  • Promote our tailored solutions, such as website creation and digital marketing services, aligned with industry trends.

  • Qualify and convert leads into actionable opportunities for our client portfolio.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and align goals.

  • Provide valuable client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance user experience.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a South African citizen.

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement within freelancing or remote setups.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with business decision-makers, particularly through video calls.

  • Exceptional cold-calling and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote environment.

  • A results-driven mindset, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of website development or e-commerce is an advantage.
