Position Info:
Our client, a UK-based Non-Profit, has a 6-month extendable contract for a Salesforce Developer.
The role involves handling system improvements, leading projects, and building a new external-facing site using Lightning Web Runtime, with integration into existing systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightning Web Runtime sites, custom reusable LWR components, and component integration with Site Builder.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a fellow developer to enhance the Salesforce system.
- Address backlog of smaller system improvements.
- Lead larger development projects within Salesforce.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
- Provide technical guidance to optimize Salesforce usage.
- Document changes and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Advise the team on solutions to improve workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience with design and development of Lightning Web Runtime sites for external users.
- Development and testing of custom reusable LWR components.
- Component integration with Site Builder.
- Strong UX & design skills.
- Proven Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, custom objects.
- Experience with Salesforce API integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and own projects.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II).
Note: Only SA Citizens will be considered.
