The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
This role involves supporting existing systems, developing new features, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Upon successful completion of this period, the contract will transition to a permanent role.
