Senior GCP Solution Architect (Data & Analytics) 
 Location: Offshore (Remote) - Work Remotely on Projects in the Middle East 
 We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GCP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
This role requires advanced technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with strong proficiency in Informatica IDMC and Quest Erwin Data Modeler.
As a senior leader, you will define strategy, design cutting-edge data platforms, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that drive business impact.
 Key Responsibilities 
  - Strategic Architecture & Leadership  
 - Define and own enterprise data architecture strategies and roadmaps on GCP.
 
 
- Design and oversee end-to-end solutions for data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics.
 
 
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple initiatives, ensuring compliance with best practices, standards, and security.
 
 
- Evaluate and recommend emerging GCP services and third-party tools to meet evolving data demands.
 
 
- Identify risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies.
 
 
- GCP Data Platform Expertise  
 - Design, optimize, and implement solutions using core GCP data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Spanner, SQL, Data Fusion, Composer, Data Catalog).
 
 
- Drive cost, performance, and scalability optimization across large datasets and high-throughput workloads.
 
 
- Establish robust governance, compliance, and auditing frameworks.
 
 
- Lead advanced discussions on capacity planning and resource optimization.
 
 
- Architect and lead enterprise-grade ETL/ELT solutions using Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
 
 
- Drive adoption of Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and Cloud Data Profiling for cleansing, standardization, and validation.
 
 
- Build and optimize advanced data pipelines and transformations integrating IDMC with GCP.
 
 
- Provide best-practice guidance on profiling, cleansing, metadata management, and performance tuning.
 
 
- Data Modeling (Erwin)  
 - Develop and manage enterprise data models (logical & physical) using Quest Erwin Data Modeler.
 
 
- Ensure integrity and consistency of data models across warehousing, operational stores, and analytics systems.
 
 
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to evolve models based on requirements.
 
 
- Data Security & Access Management  
 - Design and implement access management strategies across GCP and integrated platforms.
 
 
- Apply IAM, RBAC, and ABAC principles for secure, compliant access.
 
 
- Enforce data encryption (at rest and in transit) and align with regulatory standards.
 
 
- Mentor and guide engineering and operations teams.
 
 
- Lead design reviews, technical deep-dives, and architectural decisions.
 
 
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving adoption where relevant.
 
 
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
 
 
Required Qualifications 
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
 
 
- 12+ years in data architecture/solution design, with 7+ years on GCP in enterprise settings.
 
 
- Advanced expertise with Quest Erwin Data Modeler.
 
 
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT.
 
 
- Hands-on coding/scripting (Python, SQL, Java) for automation and orchestration.
 
 
- Proven track record in data access management (RBAC, ABAC) and governance.
 
 
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
  - Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect and/or Data Engineer.
 
 
- Industry experience in real estate data domains (property, leasing, sales, financing).
 
 
- Exposure to multi-cloud (AWS, Azure) architectures.
 
 
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
 
 
- Expertise in MDM, enterprise governance frameworks, and real-time streaming architectures.
