We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.**We are looking for a** **Senior Program Manager - Strategic Programs*** Lead highly complex, multi-product deliveries with matrix management of other Project Managers within the same project or workstream.* Develop and execute end-to-end delivery strategies, ensuring alignment across all project functions and stakeholders.* Guide and manage complex transformation projects or workstreams within large-scale programs.* Define and implement program approaches and plans, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams.* Track KPIs, benefits, and program integration while facilitating PI (Program Increment) planning.* Create or approve project initiation documentation, delivery approaches, and success criteria.* Contribute to the project or program delivery strategy.* Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while managing risks, issues, and quality standards.* Implement delivery practices and methodologies; facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.* Stay close to technical and functional details, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.* Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans; facilitate senior-level discussions and governance meetings.* Create and manage project budgets* Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Practice or CSG, enhancing efficiency and best practices.* Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers to support skill development and project success.* Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.* Experience: Overall 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program management.* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).* A seasoned project or delivery professional with strong expertise in managing large, complex, and multi-functional projects or workstreams.* Someone who can drive business outcomes through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and innovation.* A collaborative leader who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.* An organized and detail-oriented individual skilled in managing multiple project components, timelines, and deliverables.* A resourceful problem solver who can effectively allocate resources and adapt to evolving priorities.* A strong communicator who ensures transparency and alignment across all organizational levels.* A hands-on executor who thrives in high-accountability environments, demonstrating strong technical acumen and delivery excellence.* Ideal for professionals who may not directly manage people but influence outcomes through expertise, ownership, and collaboration.**CSGer Perks & Benefits:*** Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid* Employee Belonging Groups* Healthcare: Dental, Medical* Paid Vacation, Volunteer, and Holiday Time Off* And so much more!**Location(s):**ZA.Centurion.RemotePortugal Remote, PT.BRAGA.OFFICE, South Africa Remote, ZA.National.Remote**Accommodation:**If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with CSG and need special assistance due to a disability or accommodation for a disability throughout any aspect of the application process, please call us at or email us at CSG provides accommodations for persons with disabilities in employment, including during the hiring process and any interview and/or testing processes.**Our Guiding Principles:****Impact:** Always help and empower others, whether they’re colleagues or customers.
