As the Manager of Training, Support and Implementation, you’ll lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering transformative client experiences.
From onboarding and deployment to ongoing support, you’ll ensure our clients unlock the full potential of BEE software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of training, implementation, and support professionals.
Set clear goals and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centric service.
System Implementation
Oversee end-to-end BEE software deployments for new and existing clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollouts aligned with business goals.
Training Strategy & Delivery
Design and execute tailored training programs for diverse client needs.
Lead the creation of engaging content and deliver impactful sessions—virtually and in-person.
Customer Support & Continuous Improvement
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and drive satisfaction.
Use feedback to refine strategies and enhance user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to drive adoption and retention.
Communicate client insights to influence product development.
Project & Resource Management
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across all initiatives.
Prioritise effectively to meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Postgrad a plus).
7–10 years’ experience in BEE software training, implementation, or support, with 3+ years in leadership.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, change management, and adult learning principles.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
