Overview
Responsibilities:
Manage the store in the absence of the Manager or alternate shifts with the Manager. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or use optical price scanners. Handle customer complaints and provide information on policies and procedures. Be willing to work overtime. Liaise with internal and external clients. Work effectively in a team. Perform cashier duties as needed and engage in daily client service activities. Stack fish products and manage stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products. Handle incoming stock and perform filleting on fresh products. Requirements:
Grade 12 education. Mid-senior level experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry. Good process and product knowledge. Ability to function independently and work under pressure. Quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly. Pro-active and customer service-oriented. Compliant with Pre-Placement Analysis. Self-motivated. Benefits:
