Do you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and customer engagement?
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our team, working remotely while covering the Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, and Krugersdorp regions .
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and growing the installer network by providing advanced technical guidance, delivering product training, and promoting the full product and service range.
Acting as a trusted partner in the field, you’ll help ensure successful installations, resolve technical challenges, and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen installer relationships through support, training, and product promotion.
- Conduct site visits for technical support, diagnostics, and escalations.
- Deliver installer training sessions and enablement programs.
- Capture all interactions and insights in CRM systems to support reporting and strategy.
- Share valuable market trends and competitor intelligence with the wider team.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is an advantage.
- 3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation/electronic security).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with effective territory management.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
