Position : Web Developer - Azure & Microsoft 365 Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm EST Full-time
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $1700 - $2300 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, or Any Region
Work Location : REMOTE

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with strong expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions to join our team.

This role is pivotal in helping us scale our internal systems, develop robust integrations, and build a cohesive digital infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned web developer with advanced skills in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining digital tools and workflows that optimize our internal operations and client interactions.

This includes integrating communication services, enhancing team collaboration, automating workflows, and building scalable applications to support cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy web-based applications and services utilizing Microsoft Azure Communication Services (ACS).
  
  
• Create and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Automate for workflow automation
• Power Apps for custom app development
• Power Virtual Agents for chatbot implementation
• Integrate tools and data across Microsoft Teams, Bookings, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse to enhance collaboration and scheduling.
  
  
• Develop conversational interfaces using Bot Framework Composer for internal and client-facing communications.
  
  
• Leverage PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API to automate administrative tasks, manage resources, and optimize user access and security.
  
  
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
  
• Ensure data security and compliance across all integrations and systems.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  
  
• Provide documentation and training for internal users and stakeholders.
  

Minimum Requirements
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, IT Specialist, or Azure Developer, ideally in a dynamic business environment.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in:
• Azure Communication Services (ACS)
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents)
• Microsoft Teams and Bookings integration
• Dataverse and SharePoint Lists
• Bot Framework Composer
• PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and modern application development practices.
  
  
• Familiarity with data integration, security best practices, and user access control within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical language into clear, user-friendly terms.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the design or construction industry is a plus.
  
  
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are advantageous.
  
  
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Trello, Asana) is a bonus.
